  Biography  

Dr. Jody Ginsberg

Jody Ginsberg obtained his MD from the University of Toronto, followed by training in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at the University of Toronto and the University of Alberta. He was an MRC Research Fellow at the Welsh National Institute of Medicine in Cardiff. Since 1983, he has been a Faculty member at the University of Alberta, where he is presently Professor, Department of Medicine and Deputy Chair (Academic Affairs), Department of Medicine. He is a past-President of the Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism. His major research interest is in cellular pathways mediating TSH action.
